Are you interested in being a part of the WPC Indigenous Youth Leadership group? The first meeting of the year will happen today over lunch in room 34. There is a sign-up sheet outside room 34, please put your name down. If you have questions, go see Ms. Capner in room 34 or reach out over Teams. Look forward to seeing you there, it's going to be a great year!
Do you love board games, card games, or tabletop role-playing adventures? Come join Tabletop Tuesday every Tuesday at lunch in the library! Whether you're into strategy, storytelling, or just having fun with friends, there's a seat at the table for you. Pick your favorite game from our collection or learn a new one! The library will be reserved for students who are actively playing a non-video game during club time.
The Grade 9 Open House will be held tomorrow (Wednesday, September 17th) from 6:00 – 7:30 PM. This is an event tailored specifically to our Grade 9 students and families to tour the school, meet the Grade 9 teachers, and listen to presentations every half hour in the library about “all thing Grade 9”. Please see Ms. Mauws with any questions or concerns, and we look forward to seeing our Grade 9s then!

Open Gaming Wednesday mornings from 8:00–9:30 AM in the computer lab. Come hang out, play, and meet other gamers! League Practice Thursdays at lunch — sharpen your skills and get ready for competition! Scan the QR code posted on our board (across from the Caf) to sign up. The first Tournament of the year will be Fortnite. If you're interested in competing, you must register with Ms. Jennings by end of day Wednesday, September 17! See you in the game!
The first ever WPC Storyteller Club meeting will be on Fri., Sept. 26 at lunch in room 32.
Do you speak, read, and write in a language other than French or English? Apply for the Semester 1 Special Language Credit Exam. If interested, see Mr. Nguyen in room 24 during lunch, E slot or after school. Deadline to apply is Sept. 30.
