Welcome back - Important information for the school start up

Hello ÉSG families,

Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! We would like to welcome back all returning families, and we’d also like to offer a warm welcome to those students and families who are beginning their journey with us at ÉSG this year. We hope you had a restful and active summer with family and friends. We look forward to working with you and your family in our ÉSG school community. In the coming weeks, we will be sending out information to share more about FAQs, as well as our vision and goals for the school year. At this time, we would like to share some important information for the start-up that is fast approaching.

We will be once again using Conference Manager to schedule a 15-minute conference that will allow you to meet the teacher and ask any questions you may have. To log into Conference Manager please . The Conference Manager will open on Saturday, August 23rd at 8am and will close on September 2nd at 6am.

If you are new to the school or if you have not already done so, please register for a parent account by clicking the « Register Now” button and then follow the prompts. Also, if you have a child who is new to ÉSG, you will need to add them to your profile. This will allow you to book your appointment and contact the school (204-254-0120) should you need any assistance.  Attached are instructions on how to navigate this process in Conference Manager.

School Supplies, Lunch Fees and Agenda

School supplies will be provided by the school for all students. All students will have to pay the $40 fee for their supplies. Students in Grades 1-5 will pay an additional $6 for an agenda book for a total of $46.

Any additional supply requirements are outlined in the school supply lists (see attachment).  Lunch fees are $90 and are used to cover adult supervision during the lunch hour.  Payment for all fees will be made online using School Cash.

Next week, we will send an email with more specific information about the school start-up procedures and payments.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact either myself at david.charney@lrsd.net or Vice-Principal Karlene Fontaine at karlene.fontaine@lrsd.net  or by calling the school (204-254-0120).
