Divisional Choir
The 91̽»¨app maintains a high level of commitment to music education for every child in our schools. The Divisional Choir program provides talented and committed singers in Grades 5 through 12 with the opportunity to grow as musicians, in a challenging and fun environment with students from across the division.
91̽»¨app has two divisional choirs:
- Treble Choir: Grades 5 to 8
- Senior Concert Choir: Grades 9 to 12
The Divisional Choirs provide students with many opportunities for rich learning and performance during the school year, including ChoralFest, Divisional School Tour, and Divisional Choir concerts. Members must be students of an 91̽»¨app school, and preference is given to those who are involved in their school’s music and/or choral program.
Rehearsals will be held at Dakota Collegiate on Tuesdays from 4:15-5:45 p.m. (Senior Choir), and 6:00-7:30 p.m. (Treble Choir) during the school year from September to May.
Participation in the Divisional Choir program is open to all students who complete a successful audition. Please contact Director, Justin Odwak at justin.odwak@lrsd.net for more information and follow @lrsdchoirs on Instagram.
